THE GENUINE CONTACT (GCP)

The Genuine Contact way of working in organizations assists people to achieve a shift in consciousness in joy, creativity and productivity. It reminds us of what we, as members of the human family, have in common and the deeply interconnected nature of our existence and well being.

The Genuine Contact Program is based on understanding of ancient and universal principles. People from different backgrounds and beliefs ask whether this work is rooted in the principles that they believe in, and we simply smile.

The program has been developed by studying what was the same among people, not what was different, looking at what was the same in the roots of ancient wisdoms, religions, and science.

The quest was to develop something that resonated in people, no matter their culture, heritage, and lineage. It provides a way of working in organizations that is simple, duplicable, and feels natural.

The MWT provides a holistic framework for any planning and review. It facilitates holistic thinking. Navigating through the MWT begins from the center, with purpose. From there, the participants will move to the north in leadership, then to the right to vision, community/stakeholders and management. The cross lines signify relationships which the quadrants have with one another and how every aspect on organization/institution impacts the other and hence does not function in silos. Outside area of the circle represents external environment in which the programme operated. The circle as a whole signifies the holistic view of the organization being looked at.
