TRAINING OF GC MODULES

Through experiential workshops, we facilitate the skill, competency and capacity development of leaders, HR and OD specialists, consultants, mentors, facilitators, and anyone who cares about a healthier future for organisations.

We are the first organisation in India offering modules under the Global Genuine Contact Program.

The focus of the workshop series is to achieve and sustain organisational health and balance as a way to achieve optimal effectiveness for the organisation and for its people, with many tangible and intangible benefits.

There are nine workshops in the Genuine Contact™ series. Several can be taken in any order, and they also provide great benefit taken as singular workshops. Those who take 1 to 6, are eligible for Train the Trainer and are certified to lead the workshops for others.
